Nf opens Gap up with positive global cues near 5450++ level reaches 5465 & again return to 5440 level.
If it holds here it can reach again towards 5470 level with positive european market opening.

Nf Trading Strategy Hedged by Option
I am posting Trading Strategy which I have applied in my trading.
In this strategy Nf future is hedged by options away nearly 200 points from Spot.
This strategy is best suitable in range bound & short term trending markets.
What one have to do is If taking a long suppose @ 5300 one should sold 5500 Ce with a premium of nealy 100 points.
After that hold this position uptill expiry or uptill 5500 which reaches first.
If market falls You will be safe uptill 5200 as U already have 100 points in your pocket.
If market further falls near to 5100 again average Nf long & short 1 more Ce of 5300 with a premium near to 60-75points.
Small trending or range bound market never falls or rises more than 200-250 points in a month or two.
If Nf reaches 5500 first squre off your CE @ market price.
Restart this method with new position.
What one will get nearly 200 points in Nf long &
Nearly 20-30 points Gain in Ce value decrease,or may Loss 20-30 points as Ce value increase.
Similar Strategy can be applied in down market by shorting Nf along with PE.

Nifty Trade for 25-8-10
Nifty after a fast rise to 5540++ level agin fall near to previous resistence level of 5485.
Now carefully watch 5485 level if it break & sustain for 15 min below it,Nf can touch 5465 today.
As expiry tomorrow I guess a level of 5480-5500 as per Option openintrest.

Good morning Friends,
Atlast Nf makes a new high yesterday of 5545 & able to close @ 5540.
Now Rsi in 1 month chart heads towards 91+ so a down move towards sub 5500 level is possible,
near to 5485 level.

Today Nf again open gap up but still facing resistence to climb higher.
A break above 5444 & sustain can take it to 5470 level again.
One can short at curent levels with sl -5445 for a target of sub 5400.
Above 5444 SAR and aim for 5470.
Now a days I am much concentrating over my trades hence not able to post regularly

I hope have earned some good point son friday over my calls.
Nf start today lower & at present trading near day high,
Yt to do today, Nf after falling on friday now tries to move past above that correction .
One can buy for intraday only for this short upmove ,let see yt unfolds.
For bank Nf also it retrace fast again to friday level & trdaing @ 10445.
It also a buy on dips with sl as day low.

Nifty Trade for 5-08-10
Nf today made a new 52 week high of 5478.
Will it be sustainable is the biggest question. Till now nf trades in a narrow zone of just 10 points.
The remarkable thing is that Nf discounts from 8- points reduce to just flat.
So are we going to see 5500 today or tommorrow.
May be but I have much -ve bias I have shorts craeted @ 5450 levels going to add more @ 5520 level & try to carry them uptill 5400.

Nifty trade for 3-8-10
Good Morning Friends, I have a vry terrible problem with my net,due to which i cant post regularly.
Nf on Friday close at day low near 5370 & yesterday close @ 5440 near day high,completly changed scenerio.
So now yt,I seems Nf can spend some time in this Zone of 5430-5460.If get proper suport can make a new 52 week high but if selling pressure imarges it will again start slipping into 5380-5400 zone & this time it will be very hard hitted & can go up to sub 5300 level also.
