This is a nice story I came through last week regarding Mentality of a trader.
I just think this story resembles every one of us rather today or in his starting days of Trading.

I is standing in front of the MIRROR & has been squeezed, I is the one who has made mistakes & never learnt from it, mistakes have not been inquired once, twice or thrice but countless times, the mistakes have been inquired but who is I……

When ever a { I } enters in a TRADE then the price goes North Side or ready to go South, here is a small example of the CONVERSATION between I & Broker…

I – Hello Broker buy the stock now its xyz buy it at 100 levels, quantity 200, STOP LOSS - 94

Broker – Okie Sir, have purchased the same

I – Thanks Broker

CUT OF PHONE & AFTER 10 MINUTES THE PRICE OF THE STOCK COMES TO 97

I – Calls up the broker & says boss the stock is coming down move STOP LOSS to 90

Broker – Okie Sir done….

CUT OF PHONE & AFTER 3 HOURS THE PRICE OF THE STOCK COMES TO 94

I – Calls up the broker & says remove the Stop Loss would wait till 3 pm

Broker – Okie Sir

I – What’s is going on with the markets, its not moving at all, my luck is not working at all dam… I wont book loss I would hold the stock for a day it would surely bounce….. , keep me informed…

BROKER CALLS BACK & I PICKS UP THE PHONE

BROKER – Sir its 3pm what should we do with your holdings its trading at 90 Rs now??

I – The stock must be at the bottom, it would bounce back so hold the stock would NOT BOOK LOSS IN IT…. keep me informed…

BROKER – Okie sir Holding the Stock….

AFTER 2 WEEKS THE STOCK COMES DOWN TO 75 LEVELS AS PER MARKETS CONDITIONS

I – Calls up the broker & says, boss this stock has killed me what should I do I am getting an headack, this stock is crap, it would not move at all, sell it all at 75 and book loss….

BROKER – Okie Sir Sold…

I – Double sell the stock here the markets have crashed it would come more down so sell more here to recover my loss…. keep me informed…

Broker – Okie Sir

THEN THE STOCK COMES TO 85 AFTER 5 DAYS

I – Calls up the broker and says boss this stock is creating TRAPS sell more here for sure it would come down, I am more smarter then others sell 100 more here… keep me informed…

Broker – Done Sir

THEN AFTER 1 MORE WEEK

BROKER – Calls up I, Sir the stock is trading at 90 what should I do?

I – Wait the stock would come down, hold it…. keep me informed…

Broker – Okie sir

SAME TRADING SESSION AFTER 1 HOUR

Broker – Calls up I, sir the stock is going up now 93

I – Dam, how high can it go any idea?

Broker – No idea sir what should to do? CMP - 93

I – Oh no what should I do now I am getting headack…. Wait for 1 more hour, , keep me informed

Broker – Okie

AFTER 2 HOURS FINAL 1 HOUR LEFT

Broker – Calls up I & says sir the stock is trading at 96 what to do?

I – O shit ! Dam, why is it always me !! Why is it always me booking loss ?? What is CMP

Broker – Its at 96 Sir….

I – Hold it till final day end would end it here or there, keep me informed

Broker – Okie sir





FINAL COUNT DOWN STARTS…….

BROKER – Calls up I Sir the stock is at 98

I – Oh no what is going on, oh God what should I do, boss book out fast the markets about to close….

Broker – Booked LOSS Sir….

CONVERSATION ENDS……

NOW IF YOU SEE THE ABOVE CONVERSATION BETWEEN I & THE BROKER YOU WOULD FIND THAT JUST BECAUSE OF NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES, JUST BY NOT FOLLOWING THE STOP LOSS I HAD TO FACE LOSS ON BOTH SIDES……..

THIS IS THE MISTAKE WHICH I DID…….NOW YOU ARE SAYING IT……!!!! AFTER READING IT…..!!!

AFTER LOOSING IT……..!!!!

IN THE ENDS WHO WINS & WHO LOOSES………!!!

I SEE ONLY I…!!!

WHO IS BEING BLAMMED FOR NO REASON & WHOSE MISTAKE IS HAND IT OVERED TO WHOM?

Dam my luck is not at my side, time is killing me !! LIFE is like HELL only for me….!!

I am the only person who is unlucky…..GOD never helps me……!!

THIS IS THE MISTAKE WHICH I DID & NEVER LEARNT…..

IF YOU ARE NOT I THEN YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH THAT YOU ARE NOT I & WISH THAT YOU NEVER BECOME LIKE I……..

This mistake is not only linked with only STOCK MARKET TRADERS & INVESTORS, but this mistake is linked with every one’s life, yes its REALITY FACE IT…….

If you think I is not at fault, then you are not human!

When a machine makes mistakes, machine is blamed, but creator is to be blamed who has made mistakes in THE CREATION…..

BUT………

THERE IS A FAMOUS SAYING BY A GREAT SAYER……

I MIGHT HAVE HAD FAILED 10000000 TIMES IN LIFE

BUT

I AM NOT A LOOSER……

How ? Can you answer the same???
